Steps
- Open xYago and go to “Profile”.
- Tap “Delete account”.
- Confirm the deletion.
What is deleted
Your profile, phone number, messages, calendar entries, time-tracking records, documents and all other data linked to your account on our servers. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Retention
Backups are purged within 30 days. Data we are legally required to keep (e.g. invoices for business workspaces) is retained for the statutory period only.
No longer have access to the app?
Write to hi@candelasoft.com from the e-mail address or phone number linked to your account and we will delete it for you.
